All of the T/A and AAR hoods are handmade with the exact same techniques used by Creative industries. The hoods are made of fiberglass. Every hood made is going to move and deflect differently depending upon temperatures, humidity, polyester blend and cure time. The polyester shrinks, creating distortions. When the frames are attached to the hood top, the cure of the glue will cause this movement. 

 

In shipping, the fiberglass may move or bend, depending upon how it is handled. If freight presses against the hood, it will, in fairly short time, bend the hood. None of this is a problem, because the fiberglass can be manipulated back. It simply takes a bit of patience to get a reasonable fit. Follow the directions below and you can make your hood fit better than original, a benchmark that isn't really that hard to beat.
